The key to realizing fault-tolerant quantum computation for singlet-triplet (ST) qubits in semiconductor double dot (DQD) is operate both the single- and two-qubit gates with high fidelity. feasible way includes operating qubit near transverse sweet spot (TSS) reduce leading order of noise, as well adopting proper pulse sequences which are immune noise. single-qubit can be achieved by introducing an AC drive on detuning TSS. large dipole moment DQDs at TSS has enabled strong coupling between cavity resonator, leads a entangling gates. When region applying modest sequences, having fidelity higher than 99%. Our results suggest that taking advantage appropriate effective obtain high-fidelity ST qubits.
